Thanks to those unions who wrote to London Metropolitan University’s Vice Chancellor as part of the campaign to save the university. London Metropolitan was hit by a massive clawback of funding after it was revealed that returns of student completion rates had been falsified. An independent report recently made it clear that responsibility lay with the then Vice Chancellor and the Board of Governors. With the VC already gone, UCU called for the resignation of the Board of Governors, and now, belatedly, the resignations have begun.
